Samsung S760-BUNDLER 7-Megapixel Digital Camera - Red
Product Description:
The Samsung S760 is a high-resolution digital camera that is equipped with a true-color filtered 7.1-Megapixel CCD. This allows the Samsung S760 to take detailed photos for printing up to poster size. With the Face Detection AF & AE function, the Samsung S760 enables the user to take better portrait pictures more easily. This function detects faces and automatically focuses on them. The brightness of the faces is adjusted optimally for beautiful portrait pictures. In macro shooting, it is now possible to take clear, natural pictures. Digital Image Stabilization (DIS) technology prevents the degradation of image clarity and color, which is sometimes found in flash photography. With DIS the effects of image blur are reduced in lower light conditions. You can even take well-exposed, sharper pictures in low light conditions without using a flash at all, which guarantees brighter and more natural pictures. The different icons, scene modes and other features are described in simple and easy to understand terms to improve the interaction between the user and camera. A great little camera, but with a few minor issues
2009-01-02First of all, this is a great option for someone looking for a quality point and shoot camera. Its 7.2 mega pixels provides enough resolution to produce photos that can be enlarged quite a bit before pixelation becomes an issue. The camera is small, light, and easy to pack along on any outing.
The camera has a variety of options, including a video option that is fun. The operation is largely intuitive, with power, shutter control, and photo option wheel all on the top of the camera. There are enough built in post-photo image manuplation options that they should keep most casual photographers satisfied.
The camera uses 2 AA batteries and an SD card. Images can be easily uploaded to a computer via a USB cord or directly from the SD card.
So, if it's got all that going for it, why not 5 stars instead of 4? Well, call me old school, but even in point and shoot cameras I prefer to be able to use either the LCD screen or a viewfinder and this camera lacks the view finder. I also find that even when you use the anti-vibration option, there is a tendency for images to be blurred under marginal light conditions. That can be a pain if you ever want/need to take photos under moderate lighting conditions, but where you cannot use the flash.
All in all, this is a great little camera, and with a little tweeking it could have been a 5-star product. And, if the things I mentioned are not an issue for you, then it may well be a 5-star option for you.
I hope this helped!
Solid 4-stars.

Professional video camera
A Professional video camera (often called a Television camera even though the use has spread) is a high-end device for recording electronic moving images (as opposed to a movie camera, that records the images on film). Originally developed for use in television studios, they are now commonly used for corporate and educational videos, music videos, direct-to-video movies, etc.
There are two types of professional video cameras: High end portable, recording cameras (essentially, high-end camcorders) used for ENG and EFP image acquisition, and studio cameras which lack the recording capability of a camcorder, and are often fixed on studio pedestals. Portable professional cameras are generally much larger than consumer cameras and are designed to be carried on the shoulder.
Technology
It is common for professional cameras to split the incoming light into the three primary colors that humans are able to see, feeding each color into a separate pickup tube (in older cameras) or charge ...
